GDU 116NC

The GDU 116NC is the flagship model of the AXIS family.

This display combines a fully certified WAAS GPS navigator, NAV/COM radio, and audio panel into a single unit. The result is a complete IFR solution with functionality comparable to a GTN 650 Xi while requiring far less panel space. It's an excellent option for aircraft with compact instrument panels, such as the Van's RV-8.

GDU 116C

The GDU 116C offers  all of the same premium features as the NC model while omitting the integrated  NAV radio; it includes a Certified WAAS GPS, COM radio and Integrated audio  panel. Think of it as combining the capabilities of a GNC 355 or GTN 635 Xi  with an integrated audio panel—all within the AXIS display.
